Came to Warehouse as a newbie. The instructor took her time to show me the Reformer, and how to modify my movements. I have a bad injury and need multiple modifications. Instructor was knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back once I’m fully healed. Thanks again!!!
Warehouse Pilates is like a family to me! The instructors are knowledgeable and always push me to the next level. They also truly care about my physical well-being and goals. I struggle with finding a workout that can hold my attention for more than 3 months at a time, but Warehouse has kept me coming back for more time and time again. I highly recommend Warehouse to anyone looking for a fun and captivating exercise environment!!!
Great instructors, teaching style & the different classes, so know what class you are signing up for. Beautiful studio. Easy sign up online, often can get in even when class is filled if you get on waitlist.
Warehouse Pilates is the best place for Pilates. The classes are great and the teachers are even better. The variety of classes they offer allow for all skill levels and abilities. I've never left a class without feeling great and smiling.
Two months in and I have a stronger core and have gained noticeable flexibility. I plan on continuing as an integral part of my ongoing journey to improve my overall health.
