Calm and serene like a yoga center should be. Great staff: Kevin, Marianne, Mimi, Donna, Carolyn and Gary are favorites but they are all outstanding and well trained. Beginners to masters are welcome. Teachers ask about injuries or medical reasons for modification of positions. I have fully recuperated from 2 spine surgeries caused by a rear end collision.
Great teachers who respect individual levels and goals. Modifications can be made for past injuries. We like all the classes but have a few favorites: Kevin, Cindy, Carolyn and Donna.
From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I would be welcome there, even as a new student to yoga. The instructors all have their own style, but for the most part they will talk you through what you are doing, making you feel comfortable at whatever stage you are at. The new facility is really nice. There is plenty of parking in back and I enjoy their proximity to the heart of downtown Northville. Great place, great people.
