11/29/17 I called today to speak with someone concerning recycling their scrap plastic material. A woman by the name of Donna( she wouldn't give me her last name) was absolutely rude to me. Would not allow me to finish asking for what I needed before she hung up the phone. I called her back and asked for a specific person and she hung up on me again. I called back the 3rd time to ask her what her name was and all she said was Donna, I told her she was very rude to me and I wanted to let someone know about it. She hung up again. So if a customer calls and Donna answers the phone, her rudeness may run them off.
