The store and the front workers are great. The pharmacy however, is horrible. My family has been going to this CVS for 20 years and we are always treated so well by the store front staff, however the pharmacy staff I cannot say the same. The woman checking me out at the pharmacy told me she was “too busy” to check me out for my 3 additional items (literally just boxes of candy) and refused to let me ring up my items. Mind you, I was literally the only person in line at the pharmacy; and only one of two customers in the whole store. She made me check out my additional three items up front making each of my purchases too little to use any of my CVS coupons or extra bucks. I asked the woman at the pharmacy 3 times if she would please just help me out and she refused me. They will now expire before I am able to use them. Very disappointed by the staff back there and wish they were more pleasant, helpful and less rude like their staff up front.

This CVS location does NOT enforce the executive order to wear a mask. I was at this location 7/28 and they were servicing customers with NO MASK. I recommend choosing a safer drug store, there are many in the area. Protect and respect yourself and others. When I called the manager on staff he said he was not allowed to comment. They don't care, I mentioned to the cashier, no enforcement.

I put in a prescription at 2 p.m., came ba k at 9 pm; sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes while serving people at the counter that had come after. So I went in and have had to wait for another 10 minutes

We had a confirmation email for flu shot. Upon arrival, we were told that our name does not appear in their system and declined to provide vaccine. Worst cvs store in the area. AVOID!!!!!!

I have been waiting for over hour for a scheduled covid test. Why make the appointment if they are not going to keep them. Its early in the morning there is no reason to run so late. I have to be exposed to my potentially sick son in a car for over an hour! They say dont get out of your car but they make you wait for so long and one of the signs of covid is vomiting so you have to go in to use their bathroom.
