I work a little south of Moross and Lakeshore Dr so...not far from the store. I’ve been waiting 40+ minutes for literally 1 sub. Nothing extra. Nobody at the store could help me or make things right. DO NOT order from here if you want fast delivery cause it’s never going to happen.
This Jimmy Johns... you CANT BEAT! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Every time I’ve either ordered sandwiches to my house or went inside the restaurant to eat I’ve never had an experience that had been a 9/10 or lower. This place is a Grosse Pointe Icon and it deserves all the love it gets! The staff and owner are always so helpful and kind and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming to everyone! You should definitely check this place out!n10/10!
Love the place but they need to suggest more to the customers and give better deals too
The sandwich was very good BUT the music is way too loud. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have left because I was not greeted when I walked in and that was very rude. I asked for my pickle to be sliced only to get home to find that the pickle was STILL whole!! Very disappointing.
I have truly been a JJ fan since they opened up in downtown Detroit. Love the fresh bread and friendly service.
