Order your pizza 2-3 hours before you want to eat, and ignore anything the Domino’s tracker tells you concerning your order and you won’t be disappointed. Otherwise, it’s probably best to order from a better business.
If I could give zero stars I would.nThis is the worst dominos I have ever ordered from.nI placed my order at 5:51 and did not get my food until 7:15pm. My pizza was COLD as can be and they gave me the WRONG pizza. Then called to ask for it back TO TAKE TO THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER!! When I called to complain to the manager I told her I sat on hold for 10 minutes she was extremely rude to me and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked her how I can get some form of credit but for a different location. I will NEVER come back here or recommend this location.
Food was pretty good. Took them a long time to give us our order. We waited about 45 minutes on an order we called in to pick up. Every time we asked if our order was ready they would say 15 minutes. They did that about three times. We were going to cancel the order and they finally got our order together. This was our first time ordering from them. It was Halloween so maybe they were swamped with orders and not enough staff.
The website is very easy to navigate. Food is always nice and hot when delivered. Would recommend to anyone.
Placed food order at 8:16 pm. Food tracker said it was in quality check at 8:48 pm. Called store at 9:48 pm to check on order and when I called the store, I was put on hold immediately and after 15 minutes was hung up on. I called back and when asked to be put on hold I said no because I was just on hold and hung up on and they said sorry and put me on hold anyways. When I asked if my food was going to be cold because of it being in quality check for over an hour at this point, I was told that the tracker does not work and that it just came out of the oven. Half hour later still no food. It has now been almost 2.5 hours since placing the order and still no food.
