Charged me 12 cents tax on a $1 slurppie..scammers. I will never be back.
I love 7-11 but I noticed at this store they never charge the sale price. Like the hot drinks are 1$ any size but yet they scan your app and still charge full price and the same with cigarettes
Absolutely the worst customer service. Don't expect them to break a nickle for you with out buying something first.

Bought a box of Coca Cola and the moment I walked out the door and it closed behind me, the box ripped in half, dumping half of the cokes out of the box on the ground and damaging two. I grabbed everything I could with my hand and walked right back in. Employee refused to exchange with a box that wasn’t damaged claiming it wasn’t his fault. Terrible customer service. No help whatsoever. Will not ever come back.
