Speedway

The manager here is wonderful and I wish she was here today but 1 of her employees are horrible. Just came to get my morning coffee and Stephanie doesn't seem to follow michigan regulation and definitely doesn't care about the health and wellness of customers. She let multiple people in without a mask as this pandemic is getting worse.

The gas was the cheapest in the area nice and clean place. Staff was nice and helpful

J. Charm was absolutely charming and delightful!!!! Please don't let her go and give that lady a raise!!! She was so helpful when your store was busy as all get out!

My fiance isn't one to complain or leave bad reviews but he sent me this and asked me to send it in:nJackie, the woman who works mornings at the speedway on 9 and 94 has been consistently rude to me when I come in for my morning coffee. The reason I am posting a formal complaint is regarding the other morning. I went to get my coffee and she was standing out front of the store blocking customers. She said I couldn't come in because the registers were offline. I told her i only wanted a coffee and would gladly leave 2 dollars on the counter and she could ring it up when possible, no worries about the change. She refused. Rudely. I work next door overnights and frequent the store multiple times a night, eating lunch there most nights. The midnight shift has always been pleasant. It's only when I go in the morning after my shift that I have had negative experiences. And it has been Jackie every time. I don't find it necessary to go into the other instances as it's not so much her actions as her attitude and lack of customer service. I worked in retail for many years. Forget the 2 bucks, you should give a regular customer a free coffee before rudely turning them away. I am not the type to complain usually, I would just stop going there. But since the close proximity of my work and lack of options at those hours im kinda stuck. I hope something is done about this. Im not trying to get anyone fired, just a coffee and a smile.
