I visited this store on June 22, 2020. I saw six people while I was at the there; 2/3 of them were NOT wearing masks including the pharmacist and the cashier. I suppose not wearing a mask is a personal choice, but so is choosing where to shop. CVS needs to alert shoppers that they are face-mask-free friendly. Had I known that face masks were not required, I would not have risked my health by entering this store!

Rudest Pharmacy employees! Considering changing my pharmacy because of same rude, impatient lady that I have to see every month when I pick up my prescription. I mean get a new job if it's that bad!

Understaffed and lacking customer service skills because of this. Couldn’t even bother to check for a product. This store is a waste.nnI called and asked if they had a certain item in stock. I told the guy that online it shows “in stock”, but I wanted to be sure before coming in. He said there was no way he could check. I asked if he could transfer me to the pharmacy and I can ask them. I waited 5 mins, and guy answers. It sounded like the same guy. I asked if this was the pharmacy, he says yes. So I ask again, giving same info. He says really quickly And sharply- we don’t have that here. Didn’t even offer to check item # or even ask for a brand name. I called another location 45 mins away (closest to us that shown online that it was in-stock). The lady said to hold, she went and checked the aisle, came back on phone and says they have it. Literally 2 minutes. Hall road and Schoenherr- busy store. I sent my husband to the store, and he decides to stop in and check to be sure they don’t have it at this store. Low and behold, they have the product I wanted. Thank God my husband checked. Saved him a 1.5 drive.

TERRIBLE DRIVE THRU we waited 45 mins for some ointment they didin't have DO NOT GO THERE OR YOU WILL WASTE TIME PLEASE DON'T GO!!!

Not a great neighborhood. I wouldn't go there at night. Does not have security and usually only has one person working the cash register, so they so not have really fast service.
