I really like this Shell, since their repair service is excellent. They have always been fair on price. Also, they have charged nothing for a transmission diagnosis and recommended a great place to have it rebuilt. They've always been friendly to me and willing to walk me through what was done. Overall, I would recommend them for service.
I have been getting my cars repaired there for over 20 years. It's pretty good, but the prices have gone up some. Doug is attentive and easy to work with.
So i go into the store and theres a young man in a green wind breaker jacket being rude and abrasive with a customers and when the customer tried to apologize for the situation he pretty much ignores her playing on his phone. He didnt know the store manager contact information. He refused to give a store number. For contact for complaints. Overall worst customer service ive witness. He needs to work on his customer service to all customers cause it wasnt the first time I've witness him do this.
Close to home and people very polite.
