No parking if you come to early before 6am. The street is no parking allowed but come after 6am there's parking inside and they will go by appointment. They will unload you quick. I advise you call them before coming here to check your appointment.
Be on appointment time, quick off load, nice place, wait time 1-2 hrs.
The people were very friendly, the docks 1 thr\u8 are good but if sent to the back 10 thru 15 its very tight. Just over an hour unloaded.
I come here quite often and yes the docks are very tight especially docks 10 through 13 around the back but if you go slow and are careful you can get in there and most of the time another driver will help guide you in. That being said, the women in the front office when you check in are the rudest people on the planet. I checked in this morning and I was told there were no available doors to park by the fence and wait for a phone call. They called me 2 hours later yelling at me demanding where I was and why I wasn't in the dock. The dock that I had never been assigned to. After trying to explain this to her she continued to yell at me and demand that I get into dock door 10 immediately because they have been waiting on me. I do not appreciate being talked to like I am less than human. This is the attitude I get from these people every time I come here no matter how nice I try to be.
Nice and fast device. But the parking lot is tight.
