No trace of the item. No record of the tracking number. Home Depot had to cancel the order and I had to reorder. Hopefully this second time around it goes through a different company.
In January I ordered a vanity from Wayfair, and It was delivered with a broken sink. Since the item was a closeout item, there were no replacement parts, so Wayfair Just refunded our money. It was a pain, but all we had to do was buy sinks and we had a free vanity. We decided to give Wayfair another shot and we bought a couch from them. It sat at JW for over a week before they finally decided to bring it to us. The couch was shipped in three separate boxes, which was clearly mentioned in the tracking information. JW only delivered two boxes, and after three days, there's still no sign of the third box. So now I have about a third of a couch no idea when or if the rest of it will ever get here.
The delivers were kind but they left the cabinets that I ordered upside down. So now I have to figure out how to place them right side up.
Enormous shout out to JW Logistics. Samantha went above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate my mother's birthday present being delivered on time! Kudos to Alex as well for giving us a heads up when the package was to be dropped off. Their customer service deserves 100 stars to say the least. Thank you Samantha and Alex and thank you to JW Logistics!
I had a bad experience and will NEVER order anything again from Wayfair or anyplace that uses this company. My order delivery was delayed, I get that in the middle of a pandemic, but I was never notified. Twice! I lost two days work! When the item finally was delivered the delivery team wore no masks, gloves or shoe coverings. In the middle of a pandemic. I paid extra for them to bring the item SAFELY into my home. I'd really like to be contacted by someone from this company. If anyone sees this message, maybe you can tell me how to reach a manager. Thank you.
