If a negative 5 star was available that's what I would choose. New Branch has the worst customers service I've EVER had to deal with. This company fails at all levels. Had a delivery scheduled for Tuesday and a contractor set up for Wednesday to do the work. After over 30 phone calls placed and 2 visits to their office because the office staff won't answer the phone, my cabinets were finally delivered around 7pm on Thursday. Promise after promise actually was lie after lie. Do yourself a favor and find a better company to spend your hard earned money with. Oh by the way the picture their website depicts is far different from what they deliver. Stay away from this company.nMy response to the owner is this. If you really cared about your customer you would reach out to me instead of me having to reach out to you. Also you should compensate me and my contractor for all the lost time and inconvenience your company has caused! I should not have had to take time off away from my job to find out why you cannot do yours.

Scheduled for 1-5 for delivery. Came at 8pm. Everything was in great condition and delivery guys were pleasant. Put cabinets in house where I wanted and waited for me to inspect. No 5 star because the tardiness and I took the day off to make their time frame when I could of not used a vacation day and still made the delivery.

This has been the worst delivery experience I have ever encountered. I was given this companies telephone number, because they are the ones that received my sofa from another third party deliver. I contacted New Branch to track my sofa and was told it would be delivered Sunday (12/20) I asked the representative, do they typically confirm deliveries with customers, because no one notified me. She said “no”. By the way her tone was inpatient and she sounded like she did not want to assist me. I then asked her will someone need to be present for delivery and could she give me a time and she told me she couldn’t give me a time and the item would just be dropped off outside.Getting information out of her was like pulling teeth. A window of delivery would have been nice, seeing as how I would have to have help carrying a sofa into my home and up the stairs!!!!!! Long story short NO DELIVERY TODAY and I called the company and they are closed on Sundays! My sofa was ordered on 11/23.... and I still do not have it in my possession. I get delays due to COVID- I’m a nurse, so I get it. However, this is a HUGE inconvenience!nn*****UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner of the company via email and telephone, to discuss my concerns. Within less than 24hours of speaking with him (Sergio) my item was delivered. I am so glad that he stepped in and got involved!! Sergio and his business partner, I wish you well with the business. Thank you for stepping in, it speaks volumes when the owners reach out personally.

You should be able to give a zero star. This company is rude, liars, inconsiderate. They should not be allowed the 3rd party contracts for shipping. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer. They have had my product for over 2 weeks claiming they only come this way on Fridays, waited two weeks the driver never showed then I get a text claiming that the product was delivered and it isn't. Even go above and beyond the try and go pick them up myself and the lady doesn't feel like waiting around for me to come pick them up. She has other things to do, well so did I when I waited 2 weeks and then another 7 hours for no one to show. They have held up my job and ruined my timelines.
