Little Caesars Pizza

Service was awful. I ordered inside so they said they would bring my pizza out to my vehicle. 37 mins later, I walked in and there sat my pizza in a stack of others. Cold as heck. They did not know what they was doing. Couldn't even get one pizza out to a customer.

A PSA FROM LITTLE CEASARS IN LEBANON.nManager here.nI notice we have a lot of complaints about our phones. This is a matter of technical difficulties. This will be addressed. If you call 11-4 someone will answer the phone. I always answer the phone on my days here. 4-close is usually super busy and we have a hard time keeping up with our stations. Also keep in mind we may need to update our landlines- as they cut in and out and customers seem to think we hang up on them. We try to redial but sometimes the numbers don’t show up. If this happens to you please call back and we will do our best to serve you. I also see some comments about under done pizzas, if a pizza is put in the wrong place on the oven, say someone puts a deep dish in the area meant for crazy bread, of course it will not be done. This will also be addressed. On multiple occasions we have had trouble with the heating elements on the oven and pizzas are not cooked all the way so they have to be sent back through (hence a longer waiting period). I’m sure no one wants a doughy pizza so please be patient. We do NOT do refunds however if you have a bad experience by receiving a faulty pizza or wrong order, we will replace the order or give you store credit. Please also keep in mind that sausage, cheese, and specialty pizzas and thin crust pizzas are not considered Hot-N-Ready anymore at this location. If you want them when you get here, please call ahead. We are doing our best to get orders out so please be patient with us and keep the death threats to yourself- as this accomplishes nothing except flustering/scaring our employees. We are not doing this intentionally as we have multiple new employees that are undergoing training. Thank you.
