Used to get Cottage Inn all the time when first started dating my now wife in the 90's. Today, 2/14/2021, I thought to revisit it as it has literally been a couple decades since we had it! This could have been a chance for them to be heroes as well as me. Unfortunately, her pizza was made completely wrong (having cheese on a no-cheese pizza) and ruining our dinner together! This is a pretty serious issue when you are a pizza shop.nMy pizza was fine, which I would love to give them at least a 2-star rating, but the atmosphere within the place felt weird and not welcoming and further, no one with masks including about 3 people on the diner side having dinner (looked like maybe employees as some went back to work)! Very sad after all this time, my first time back was this poor. Maybe due to it being the Romulus location?? I hope as a pioneer in the Detroit area since 1948 management takes care of this. Both issues are a management issue. :(

I just moved here and so far I am really happy with this store. I see some people are not, but the pizza I have ordered so far has exceeded my expectations and the customer service has been fast and friendly.nnThanks!

Called and ordered, lady on phone was nice. She gave me a coupon I didn't have got more food. She said 45 minutes showed up in 30, and the delivery driver Paul? He was cool as well came to the room. 5 star!!!

I ordered a large deep dish cheese pizza I arrived right on time when I got home and got a slice it wasn’t even warm, had wayyy too much sauce and the cheese was gross. I bought it for my family to eat and they only had 1 slice each. I should’ve got a hot n ready..

Cottage Inn is good food if u can get it. If I were just rating the food alone I’d give it 4 stars but the Romulus location rarely answers their phone and the Internet order page always says it’s not working today. Today is every day. If you are able to order there I suggest u walk bc the parkinglot is concrete is horrible. They did better down the street a few years ago.
