Very bad customer service. Was told my order could not be delivered because I placed my order too late and their driver had gone home. My order was placed an hour before they closed. Then, the person I spoke with over the phone proceeded to make excuses as to why my order could not be delivered claiming that the delivery driver was out with 7 deliveries already. This is also not the first time my order “could not be delivered”. Very big waste of time. Jimmy John’s has good food but this location has lost my business.
I won't be going back to this store, when I arrived the garage can out front was over filled and garbage was falling out. And when I went inside they were making my food and one of the 3 workers was just walking back and forth with his mask on his chin talking constantly over the people making my food and who knows if he has covid-19.
They did a great job getting my order out to me on New Year's Day, and while under COVID restrictions! Really pleased with the staff!
Friendly cashier took my phone order, and they made my sandwich exactly as I wished with two subtractions and one addition. Thanks dudes for catering to my taste!
Over an hour wait for this...will never go back to this location. Don’t waste your money
