I called today to cancel my membership because it was not the right gym for me . However, the front clerk (Makayla) said I will not give you a refund . She was yelling at me and giving me major attitude and stated that I didn’t know what I was talking about . I signed up on 03/31/2021 so I still had 3 days to cancel and get any payments made (stated by the contract I signed ) after driving there and showing her the contract she still wasn’t professional and rolled her eyes and said “I can’t promise you a refund” I don’t appreciate the way their staff talked to me & they violated the contract. Please hire better clerks with a professional attitude and more understanding of the contract.
One of the employees (Makayla) showed me how to use multiple machines without hesitating!! She had a smile on her face the whole time and was so willing to help out. Thank you for making me feel comfortable!!
Very clean facility, staff was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Ruth in particular was very helpful with questions I had about my fitness journey and provided excellent customer service.
Don’t go here unless you want to be constantly harassed about you’re nose being covered while you workout. Another Planet Fitness in the books where the employees look like they’ve never worked out a day in their life. Thank god I don’t live around here.
Wren was very respectful and helping. Walked in there she took care of us in 15 min made me feel welcomed. Very appreciative of her
