I enjoyed my experience at this location I have black card so I am able to use various locations. This place is always clean and everything is always available. I usually go from 9pm-11pm and I use med balls, bikes, free weights, machines, tan/enhancement lights, showers and sinks for all hygiene purposes and I'm always able to have a easy successful planet fitness session. I definitely recommend giving this place a try, people are beautiful and civil here. Check em!
Clean, friendly and helpful with any or all questions. Better to visit in the morning as night time can be super full. New year new body many think until about April, so many gyms get Crowded during these months.
I travel like crazy and this PF so far has the nicest staff and the cleanest gym so far. I live in Miami FL. and not one gym there comes close to this one. Great job
Company itself has no way to connect with its customers. Manager himself said it stop at his level. He told me himself that his boss will send it back to him. Absolutely the worst customer service. Obviously the company itself doesn’t care about its customers.. just the money we bring. Shady way to do your customers.. Why bother calling if you plan on not resolving anything. Just to repeat yourselves. Don’t waste my time. I’ll take my money and business elsewhere. I am sure I won’t be the only customer lost.
Little manager guy named Rob was very rude, followed me into the locker room to ensure I was wearing a mask. Heading to a better gym. Hard on people like this shouldn't be in management.... he's literally the reason why I'm canceling my membership.
