Love this place and the people. So laid back and they run an excellent program for the kids crossfit.
Great immaculate very safe and clean . Probably cleanest place I've been in social distancing .
My 13 year old son and I started attending classes about a month ago. We have had nothing but positive results. Coach Kirk and his staff are exceptional and they have created a welcoming environment. The work at your own pace philosophy allows for the beginner to feel comfortable. More importantly than that you immediately feel welcomed into the group and a part of the team. This is truly a family environment that will challenge you to grow.
Dropped in for the weekend WOD's while home visiting family. Great facility and even better people! Everyone was super friendly and the workouts were awesome. Thanks again and ill see you next time I am in town!!n-Brandon
