I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star just for the simple fact that the mangers there don’t want to do their jobs the correct way! Instead of helping me she dismissed me every time and couldn’t even answer basic questions that I had of wanting to return my item! Raggedy store needs to be managed better! I will never come back to this store ever again.
I went to this Citi Trends in Inkster, MI and was certainly impressed with the selection of men’s clothing. Store was clean, organized and the staff was very helpful. I will come back here to shop again.
I'm from Omaha, but was in town visiting. Decided to step in here cuz it's close to my hotel. The customer service was outstanding Mary polite very friendly very helpful. And the prices are on believable I love this place
Had a good run but quickly went to different stores nice for a pair of white jeans or black
I seen a pair of boots that I wanted to get but I knew they were high on the price so I saved to get them so when I went to cash out the boots were on sell way below the original price and to top it off it had a sticker on the bottom of the shoe and the price was lower than the sticker so I purchased another pair different color, yes I was very satisfied with my purchases and the employees were very nice my kind of place to shop.
