The front store employees are friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars but the pharmacy staff lacks customer service skills. They do not acknowledge you right away. Often wait at drop off counter for someone to help for longer than usual. I do understand they are busy but there is no reason they can't acknowledge you are even there.

Today I had a very happy experience when I walked into Walgreen's on Wick Road. First thing I was greeted as I walked into the store by a very friendly cashier and I thought that was nice . Then when I went to check out she had a line of people waiting to cash out and there she was greeting people and very friendly to every customer that she was taking care of. I Manage a very busy store and when I seen the way that she was handling herself I was very impressed and thought what a great employee and probably teammate. The cashier's name is Rhonda and I want to let you know that you put a smile on my face but you couldn't see it because of my mask . I'm the customer that told you that you probably had a smile under your mask. Employee's like Rhonda make our job's a lot less stressful and they need to know that we appreciate their dedication and hard work. 08/22/2020nnDennis

DO NOT GO to Walgreens if you need COVID-19 testing. My spouse was smart and went to the Urgent Care, she already has her test results.nnWalgreens says test results will be complete in 24-72 hours. This is a LIE. They send out results to LabCorp. I spoke to LabCorp and they said they provide results in 48-96 hours after receiving the kits. But Walgreens didn't send the my kit to the lab until the next day, so it could be five days from my testing date before I have results. That'll make it one week from symptoms, as it took two days to even get an appointment.nnThe Urgent Care had same day appointments and delivered results the next day.

This pharmacy is top notch when they say my 12 meds. are ready, the staff seems to be waiting on me to get to store. As a Desert Storm Vet. I really appreciate how far this stores stores staff goes.

Doctor called in prescription on Monday to this location and I call them today (Friday) to ask about the status and was told oh the order was placed on hold and we do t fill it until the patient calls us to say they need it. Don’t you think if the doctor called it in the patient needs it
