Just walked in to Men’s Wearhouse this place is most definitely missing The understanding of customer service I was willing to drop over $1000 on a suit with shoes and socks but they’re not hungry enough to provide good customer service. I sure do miss Charles he was a great sales rep at this Men’s Wearhouse. Even the person at the cashier register just sat there on the phone didn’t even engage or try to attempt to steer me in the right direction to find me a suit..Their loss someone else’s game I’m never walking in here again are used to come in here quite frequently I even have a membership with this particular Men’s Wearhouse

Kayla And Carlton were great to work with. They were professional, kind, and accommodating during the whole process. They helped pick out the perfect tuxedo for my upcoming wedding. They answered all of my questions and made everything as easy as possible.

I went in for a simple suit vest and Kayla, who was very sweet and helpful, found me the right size that I needed. Not only that, the vest was on sale so not only was there great help, I went in and got a good price. I'm really glad that I came in today.

Went in for a suit on Monday. Their selection isn’t very broad so I had to improvise. One of the workers there was very patient with me as I was with her(blonde hair girl, forgot her name) she was running around the store finding the right suit for me. She provided excellent service and said I could return the suit within 90 days as long as it isn’t damaged. I went in the following Wednesday(today) to return the suit and was told “Nobody in this store told you that” basically calling me a liar hahaha he went on to say anything worn cannot be returned(which is odd because they let you wear just about everything in the store before you buy it). Now I’m stuck with a $400 suit because i was told I could return it. My advice: keep all your workers updated with your return policy!

Had a great experience shopping for a suit and shoes. I was greeted immediately and helped. Sales people were nice and knowledgeable on their products.
