Yoga Shala is wonderful on so many levels. Jamie Garrison has created a warm, inviting, and dynamic place to learn and practice yoga. After six months of membership I can honestly say that my back pain has disappeared and my physical strength and energy level continue to increase. The teachers are friendly, compassionate, and well trained. You don't have to be experienced to join this studio-- all levels are welcome. More importantly I feel like I belong here. The members are as cool as the staff. I have definitely found my people and highly recommend checking out Yoga Shala.

Yoga Shala has been my home away from home since the moment I walked into their original location on Warren Road. The variety of classes, friendliness of the instructors, and we'll rounded schedule doesn't even hold a candle to the energy inside those walls.nYoga has helped shape my life, and I bounced around from studio to studio until I found my yoga home in this Shala. I'm so grateful for this place

I began my yoga journey almost a year ago at Yoga Shala. All the teachers and front desk staff are so friendly and welcoming. I quickly became addicted to yoga. I practice at least five days a week. Now I cant imagine my life without yoga. It has drastically changed my life for the better. I just signed up to do my yoga teacher training with Jamie, the owner. She is an amazing and beautiful person inside and out.nI love that Yoga Shala offers a wide variety of classes from Restorative to Yin to Heated blend. Also they offer a lot of different informative workshops throughout the year such as Reiki, and Thai massage.nFrom the moment you enter Yoga Shala you are filled with an organic energy that keeps your cup filled throughout your entire day.nI love my yoga family. I am so happy I found you. I feel like my life is complete❤ud83cudf43✨

Yoga Shala somehow manages to be very warm and welcoming, while also classy and hip. I’ve taken several classes with Jamie, who is my favorite yoga teacher out of 20 years of occassional yoga classes. She’s just so present and accepting, and helps me find a comfortable version for each pose. All of the teachers who I’ve practiced with at Yoga Shala have been welcoming and talented instructors, and I’ve always left feeling mentally clear and so much more comfortable in my body. I could not recommend more highly!

This studio has changed my life. From my first practice at their original location, I've been hooked. after practicing with them for a couple of years i decided to deepen my study of the yoga practice by beginning my yoga teacher training with them in 2017, which has proven to be one of the most exciting decisions I've made. The space is beautiful, the teachers are welcoming, and there is something for everyone. You won't regret trying a class!
