needed a logo put on a shirt, located this business off Google. due to an issue with the type of shirt I supplied I needed to get another. the owner replaced it with one from her own pocket. have finished result, I'm very satisfied with the results.. would recommend to anyone looking for screen printing
The absolute worst experience with this printer. I ordered 200 campaign signs on Wednesday and told that I could have 25 on Saturday and the rest on Tuesday. Picked up the 25 Saturday which were poor quality and now it's Friday and I still don't have the remaining order. The owner Angelica, did not return my calls to the shop or her personal cell phone for 3 days. I paid for half the order up front. I spoke with her today and she said I could pick up 80 this Saturday morning, but wanted the remaining balance paid in full even though it's only half the order. When I told her that I would only pay her for the work she completed: she told me that she was closed for the weekend and that I could pick them up the coming Tuesday even after she promised this Saturday. This printer is not reliable
I have been trying to reach them now for 3 weeks, they placed an order with my company, and we made the product, but they will not return our calls or emails to pay for said product so we can ship to them. Their Phone number goes to voicemail every time we've called, and then hangs up on you without letting you leave a message. Anyone else had this experience in the last couple of weeks?
Dropped off jackets over 2 months ago to get a patch seen on and my company name (no logo) embroidered. They claimed their machine went down and had to ship to Florida to their other shop. Hell, the shipping back and forth is more than the job. They don't respond to emails, their phone number is practically disconnected and no one is at their shop. I don't care if the work is done or not at this point I just want the jackets back.
