I wish I could give 10 stars! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a Dealership and I wish someone would’ve told me about Village Ford! Our Salesperson was Bill, he was amazing! He listened to what I wanted and made everything so easy. He was honest and I didn’t feel pressured. I really wish I would’ve gone here first because I am so happy with my purchase! Because Village Ford dealer service department can’t figure out how to schedule work, they want me to leave my truck for 2 - 3 weeks for a repair. They want it sitting here the whole time until they are ready to work on it. Meanwhile I have to pay for a rental car. Great customer service...Also the “Quick Lane” oil change service is going on two hours now...n#VillageFord
Great service. Didn't feel like they were trying to over sell me. Job was done right and in a timely matter. Will definitely go back there.
We had the 99 point inspection and oil change. They suggested coolant change and some filters. It wasn't clear if this was because the car had 60k miles or if the inspection revealed the need. A good place with quick service I just wish the inspection provided more details.
I met a couple of good guys i felt i needed to give mention to. Tom and Steve. Although you guys didn't make a sale, it was a pleasure having the interaction that we did. You guys were safe and very pleasant to deal with. Thanks again for treating me like a human being, which these days it is sorely missed. I have dealt with many auto dealerships lately and these guys put them all to shame. Very helpful and considerate. Would do business without hesitation if the opportunity presented itself.
