Such a wonderful place to practice! Students at every level are welcomed and encouraged, and the teachers always meet you at your ability level instead of pushing you to meet theirs. It's my favorite place to go every week.
Courtney and the other Verapose teachers are so welcoming. They provide a fabulous place to practice physically and to recenter mindfully, thankful for the balance provided.
Verapoase yoga and meditation house is a place where you will feel welcomed, loved and nourished. If you are new to yoga come give it a try here, no judgement only encouragement and grace. You will not regret it.
Verapose Yoga & Meditation House is a wonderful retreat from the busyness of life. From the moment one steps onto the charming porch, one has a sense of having left behind the chaos for rejuvenation. The ambiance carries throughout the building, allowing one to take a short vacation from the daily grind.nnI have had the pleasure of enjoying private yoga and meditation classes, as well as Reiki, with Courtney Fitzpatrick. She is clearly thoroughly well-versed in all three subjects and carries out each session with a level of personal care that is unlikely to be easily found elsewhere. Her passion for improving the wellness of her clients is apparent in her approach and level of knowledge. After each session with Courtney, I feel that I come away with a body that feels rejuvenated, a brain that feels relaxed and knowledge on self-care that is incredibly helpful and practical for my day-to-day life. From my sessions with Courtney, I have also learned valuable techniques to help my daughter sleep better at night, which has been a huge challenge for a long time.nnVerapose offers massage and a variety of yoga classes, in addition to the private sessions that I have used. It is clear that the culture at Verapose is one of genuine personal care, so I highly recommend exploring their high-quality service offerings for your wellness needs.
