Very reasonable people to work with. I rented an outdoor parking space for the winter and it sat there covered all winter. When I came back, car was as I left it, although with some added bird poop. It was out door and near trees though. Glad I had a cover on it. When I needed to evacuate my spot, they said that as long as I told them the date and was no longer there when my renewal came up, I was good. Payments were easy with a monthly auto pay that sent me receipts by email every month so I knew I was still ok. Price was way better than anything else around me.
No issues with the storage facility never any problems however Erv sold the business and the rates have more than doubled in the past 2 years. Went from $40 per month in 2015 to $60 per month in 2016 and now they want $90/mo...Good luck filing those spots...
