Great place to workout. The staff are friendly and inviting. The facility is very clean with several equipment options. I recently wanted to change up my workout, so I approached Trainer Kristi for some help.nI found Kristi to be friendly, invested and super knowledgeable. It's been a week so far following the new program she developed for me and it's been awesome.nIn addition, Kristi followed up on my progress and offered further guidance.nnI highly recommend this place
Apparently a pretty popular place so I can only assume it's awesome.. I was doing construction work in the parking lot for like 3 weeks and there was people they're all freaking day
Ok spot to excercise. Staff isn't always the friendliest or accommodating
