This place is incredible! The customer service is out of this world. I came to South Haven to spend the weekend and was bummed to see that I couldn’t get a day pass because the business isn’t opened on Saturday or Sunday. However, I left a message to ask about coming in, Esther called me with say she could let me in remotely, Natalie returned my message to say she’d be there and could send money through Venmo, super convenient. I am beyond impressed with the service they provided and enjoyed my workout. The place is clean, organized, and spacious. 100% recommend!

They were amazing and prompt in replying. I am in the area for work and inquired about a few visits a month scenario. They were very accommodating, friendly, and willing to work with me to meet my needs at a VERY reasonable price. Great customer service!

Missed my workouts, joined for a week here. At STRENGTH HAVEN in South Haven, Michigan. .... awesome friendly staff, worked with me...I'm an out of state visitor.she offered a great rate...if you ever find yourself in South Haven, Michigan and looking for a gym to work out, highly recommend this place....

The owners of this establishment take a great amount of pride of this facility and most especially, their members. They are very passionate about health and fitness and are always willing to assist if a guest or member has any questions. I cannot say enough great things about this place. It has all the equipment you need and is kept very clean. HIGHLY recommend this gym!

I love that it's a 24 hour gym. My fiance and I have been going around 5:30-6am and it's so nice to not be have to worry about scheduling the gym around our daily schedules. It's clean and nicely set up! Great customer service as wellud83dude0a
