Brady did an outstanding job painting our house. He had been recommended by our neighbor and we got on his schedule for this summer. We have been in our house for 7 years and, in addition to needing new paint, there were places that needed to be repaired. As Brady worked on the house he would show us things that he was concerned about – areas that could not be seen from the surface but needed to be repaired. He would often say if this was my house, I would…. I worked for a painter in high school and recognize high quality work. The quality of Brady’s work is the best I have ever seen. His attention to detail is remarkable. He uses the best materials and goes above and beyond what is required. He always checked with us about things he found explaining everything he proposed, but would only do the work after getting our approval. Our house had quite a bit of wood rot and Brady not only repaired it, but he showed us how we could avoid that happening in the future. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Brady to anyone and will absolutely use him again for any work that we need to have done.
Brady of Stain Tech stained my deck this summer. He did an excellent and thorough job as if it were his own. He was helpful with color recommendations and I am very satisfied. Brady’s price was better than other handyman quotes. All my neighbors were using him so I felt even more confident selecting him. He is also very prompt in replying to emails. I will definitely give him future business.
We purchased a home at the end of last year, and unfortunately discovered some water damage on the soffit and fascia of the front of the home. Brady was in the area working on neighbor's home, and we happened to see his sign. We approached him and asked if he could give us a quick quote, and he gladly came over and checked things out for us. We gave him a call and scheduled some time for him to come fix things up for us. He was prompt, kind, and professional throughout the entire experience. He even offered to hang our holiday lights for us! We are completely satisfied with the work he performed and would enthusiastically recommend his business to any of our friends and neighbors. Thank you, Brady!
