Do not rent from this organization, especially at this location. There was a flood, and a lot of my mom's personal mementos plus many Collectibles got absolutely destroyed. Despite paying monthly for additional insurance,and renting the unit for over a year they refused to utilize the Insurance to make up for the flooding. It is located on a floodplain if you choose to store anything here make sure you put your good stuff up high . Put it at least 2 feet high or several pallets underneath your belongings. In the Spring it will most likely flood again. They will do nothing to replace all that you lost, despite charging for insurance. Of course, you cannot replace family mementos, but she lost Michael Jackson record player and many other collectible items. I talked to main district boss, he said nothing can be done to collect. Bad place for storage units. Most likely will flood every spring.
Worst storage ever in my opinion
Very friendly and helpful staff, good prices and easy access.
They wouldn't even scan my card
Secure place they lock a gate around your storage building every night and unlock every day only bad thing is if you need anything in the evening or night
