1/12/2021nnAppointment time was 4PM, arrived at 3:50PM. I called due to pandemic to find dock & the person in charge was very unprofessional. Not only his words are hard to understand, but also rude & aggressive. He told me to wait for an empty dock (5 empty docks)nn5PM, nothing. I called again, no answer. I called 5x, still no answer. I walked around, met a forklift driver, told me to be at a dock he designate.nn6PM, docked, but still nothing going on. I called again, he finally picked up, answered rudely. I just wanted to know what's going on, he said only 2 forklift drivers are available. I understand about the shortage of loaders, I apologize, and continued to wait.nn7PM, they finally started to load me.nn7:30PM, dock light is green, I'm finished being loaded, but no BOL, so I have to wait again.nn8PM, still no BOL. No workers are outside, nobody's coming to let me know anything. I called the office 2x, again, no answer. 4 hours after my appointment time and I'm still here, waiting for just the BOL.nnIf I'm allowed to update my post, I'll edit it later. Otherwise, I'll end with, this place has the worst communication service ever! I don't mind waiting, as long as I'm being updated of what's going on, and what the procedure is, not just leaving the drivers without answers, or answered the phone with rude manners. If you're not picking up your phone & I'm the one with time crunch, don't be upset if I'm bombarding your phone line.nnEdit: I ended up knocking on the warehouse door, I don't care about the pandemic anymore. Forklift driver opened the door & turns out he doesn't know where my BOL is. He spent 15 minutes looking around the warehouse before going outside to check on the mail box. It was sitting there all along! No apologize, but he also told me rudely to sign the paperwork & he slammed the door in my face. What the hell!nn1/5 stars!

This place sucks stay away 4hrs and still not loaded. Super slow, plus in terrible weather conditions. You have been advised just don’t come here. They don’t even deserve a star.

Showed up before appointment and loaded in less than 2 hours, and that was a floor load. Friendly staff. I would definitely come back for another load here. The other reviews on here complaining about waiting, well that’s part of being a truck driver. That’s part of the job, and every shipper can have bad days or get behind. If it’s a floor load you should expect a longer loading time. Plus your time does not start until your appointment, be glad they let you wait on the property if you show up early instead of sending you away. No overnight parking.

It is the most ridiculous place for pick up! Just be ready waste your 14 hours there!
