Plan to move to a different place by end of the year after renting there for years. Poor management; erratic billing; non-existent account assistance and communication. Possible overbilling as well. The hassle just not worth the rate increases.

Today I called and asked for the pricing of non-processed topsoil I was given a price of $6.50 per yard. They process my card for 10 yards plus delivery, told me they would be here at 3 PM. 3:40 PM I get a call saying they were just leaving with my load of dirt, two minutes later I get another another call that they told me they did not charge me the correct amount. It was going to be $14 a yard, so if i would like the dirt the would would charge my charge my card with the new amount or refund my money, and of corse I I wanted it refunded. One again this was all processed and than caught very last moment. They DiD NOT honor the price I was given and charged at that time. They are not a company that honors the prices they give out and even if the charge your card they do not honor it. You will have better luck with some other company. Sad that companies don’t honor what prices they give out.
