Was just looking aroundnMy daughter bought running shoes there.
I needed help finding an item. 2 girls walked by me, having a casual conversation. I followed behind them seeking help, through 1/2 the store. When they stopped in front of me I realized they work there and asked them. One of them helped me but I wasn't very happy that they never acknowledged me that whole time. Their #1 job is customer service. I later saw a guy that worked there and he was asking every person that he came close to if they needed any help
I went looking for 2 sports related items, announced them at the door and struck out on both... not available
Hit or miss if they have ammo, like anywhere else. Won't purchase a firearm from there but good deals on everything else.
I called ahead to see if they had the kayak I was looking for in stock. The person who answered the phone said yes, absolutely they did. I asked if he could hold one for me because it was a 35-minute drive, and he brushed me off like they had so many it wasn't a big deal.nn40 minutes later, I arrive to find out that neither of the two people working at the store know the difference between a kayak and a rowboat. They did not have any kayaks in stock at all. In addition, one of the two staff members was not wearing any kind of face covering even though multiple signs around the store said it was required. Neither employee seemed to care whatsoever about the mix-up.nnI usually love shopping at Dunham's and supporting a Michigan business, but I'll skip this location next time. Complete waste of time.
