Very friendly people and reasonably priced

I just started renting my unit here and was highly satisfied with the service. The staff I spoke to over the phone and dealt with at the facility (Jenna) was very friendly and helpful. This is my first time renting a storage unit and was very pleased with the overall service and location.

They are trying to charge me $250 after I cleaned out my unit and said I didn't need their storage. Said it was for damages to the unit. I took pictures before I put my stuff in and after I took my stuff out. There were no damages and they also claimed they had to remove my stuff from the unit while my rent was fully paid. Illegal for them to enter the unit while the rent was paid up and I had already moved everything out before the rent expired. Disputing the charges on my credit card. Take pictures of everything before you move in. Shifty shady people.

The staff at Port Huron Self Storage are phenomenal. I have not one bad thing to say. I will recommend them to everyone who is looking for storage or truck rentals. They go above and beyond.
