Great place! I had my stuff in there for quite some time and never worried about it being bothered. Great prices and great people to deal with. I wish I knew the guys name that works the office but he was always awesome when I went to make a payment or any help I needed.
We drove 12 hours to go through our storage unit and try to sell some stuff that had been in there for about 2 yrs. I was informed I could not set up tables or anything so I invited people to come look at the unit. The lady that has seemingly taken over came over, ripped my sign down showing where we were and came screaming at us and anyone in there looking to leave and we weren’t allowed to do that. We were also told we weren’t allowed to pull anything out to go through our stuff!! She literally stood there with her arms crossed, til we put everything back in the unit!! So after paying for over 2 yrs she was very unhelpful knowing we were just trying to get rid of stuff since we live out of state now. Needless to say we ended up having to donate everything unless by her word “leave it and we will auction it off” lol! Sure so you can have more money!! Nope!!nThe guy that used to operate this was much kinder, this experience was uncalled for! She needs to learn better customer service, since they earned easily 2000 off us! Would never recommend this place again!
Just the right place for some of stuff
Great storage facility and even greater service! Jeff has always been very helpful, and always Professional.
This storage center is very affordable and very accommodating. It's privately owned and managed so you will receive a very personal and professional customer experience while you're in business with them. Jeff is a very nice gentleman and is more than willing to assist you when you need it. I would definitely use them again.
