I RAN INTO ANOTHER PERSON RENTING SPACE AND THEY SAID SINCE THEIR PROPERTY HAD BEEN IN STORAGE FOR TWO MONTHS THEY HAD GOTTEN BED BUGS AND MICE! The owner refused help and did not care! Thankfully it wasn't the same aisle as my unit but I feel terrible for them. Everything was ruined!nI rented a unit in the beginning of July 2020. I was told I had to pay for all of July and August upfront even though I only needed the unit for one week (July 7th to July 13th) . No worries, I went ahead and paid the rent for both months. After 7 days I had the unit cleaned out and called to get reimbursed for August's rent. The manager refused and said tough luck. I called the owner and politely explained what happened. He said oh well, We have the cheapest rates in town and refuse to give any money back even if you pay for a year upfront, that's how we keep our rates down. I paid almost 100 for 7 days of storage.
Always come here to put my storage. Never had a problem.nnI hear there is break in's now. I hope that camera's will be put in soon. That can see in the dark. I hate to have to change storage places. It's been great here.
