Good facilities, but the administration is a bit iffy. The couple who run the place are older and have been dealing with a lot lately; considering this, they forgot to put me in the system when I first rented my unit. Since then, I have had to call every month because my payment can't seem to be entered into the system, my storage has been locked a few times and my code for the gate blocked because they forgot to run my payment for multiple months despite my calling.
Old guy was very rude and never gave me my code to get into the gate after I had already paid 1 months worth. I would not recommend this place to anybody!! Don’t even waste your time getting a unit from him rudest person I have ever dealt with.
I don't write reviews often, but this is a terrible place. 0 out of 10 recommend. The gate will be broke for a week so you call to get an update and get yelled at for asking if it is working now so that you can get your things. Then they will hang up on you.
The code that I had provided in order to access the units was not activated so I could not get to my unit that I paid for.The owner was also never here and never picked up the phone so I could not be assisted. I payed money to have my items Practically locked away from me. Straight Incompetency.
