Now red dot storage and there are vagrants living in the storage units. I'm a fairly strong guy, but I still feel unsafe while getting things out of my own unit. Also, red dot has the worst service. Doesn't take cash, even though their kiosk has a bill feeder and main street storage always took my cash. Cant pay for the next months bill before the current months period has ended. All around displeased, will be moving to another company.

People were apparently sleeping in the units, and some of those people broke in, destroying a lot of our things, taking other things... and the company offered to do absolutely nothing.

Do not rent U-hauls from this storage unit. They don't open on time...and when you try to contact them they don't answer the phone. They offer rental times for 9 am but do not open until 10 or in our case later. Find a different company to work with... While sitting here, 5 additional customers have left due to the fact they are still not open.

Whoever owns this place needs to hire new management. No one is ever there during business hours, moved my stuff out 2 months ago and still getting bills from them, do they not even check the buildings? I even left door up!! Called or stopped by continuously for a month before removing my stuff, now you can't even leave a,message cause they never check their machine.. ridiculous
