If you’re looking for a storage unit in Richmond, you can’t go wrong here with the Irvine Road units. Fair prices and well maintained. The entire process, from securing a unit, to returning the keys was seamless. Great people to deal with! Super pleased!
Was informed of my storage unit locking mechanism being damaged a couple of months ago by a vehicle backing in or crow bar. They did not think it was entered or anything was taken, When we went into the unit the other day, I realized I did not have my large roll around tool chest that had been sitting by the door. When I contacted the management, they blew it off saying they have never had a unit broken into, and there is nothing they can do. All I know is I am now out at least a very nice tool chest and contents. I thougth my items were safe. Beware
Moving was a stressful experience for us. I am grateful for the care and consideration the staff provided when selecting the storage unit for us. I appreciated the cleanliness and monitoring of the facility. I highly recommend Store-All Mini Warehouses for anyone that needs storage. Thank you Store-All!!
Great business experience. Staff is friendly and helpful, unit was free of leaks and secure. I never witnessed any scallawags loitering about the property any time I visited. Several reasonably priced unit sizes to choose from. Would definitely recommend Store-All for all your storage needs!
They were great and so helpful the ladies in the office really made it a pleasure to do business with. Gave me half of my money back since I had paid for a month and had my stuff out with 2 weeks left on my rental. The storage facility was really nice too. I’ll definitely use them again if I ever have a need for extra storage.nThank y’all Alan
