I've been to some unpleasant Sephora chains, in JCP and stand alone. And while this isn't the largest, it does have the best customer service. None of the horror stories Sephora has become notorious for. I've been welcomed barefaced, with my kid, with my man, just to search and not spend a penny, returned stuff and just stopped in for samples or a free service and every single staff person has been kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Best of all, they are kind to my 2 year old son, and even let him get up in the chair for a mini makeover. He loves it! My fave, Andrea, even remembers what our fave brands are, always has a great product recommendation, and even pots up samples of things she knows I want to try without my asking. Everyone who works there is wonderful, but Andrea always goes the extra mile for my family and me.
