Ted, Tina and the rest of the crew of Cawood Honda were very great and helpful with the sale. Fantastic communication and set up the transaction perfectly. My boyfriend found the perfect car for me on AutoTrader from Cawood Auto. They were closed that Sunday so I called first thing on Monday morning and Tracy answered quickly and helped answer some of my basic questions. She also helped me get me set up with Pedro! The communication between the dealership and I was fantastic and we were always in touch. Pedro made the buying process smooth and quick. I thought being 4 hours away from the dealership would create issues but they were patient and it worked out perfectly. The car was very well detailed, it was an overall exceptional experience! Cawood auto is a great group and I highly recommend them , even if you’re 4 hours away!

UPDATE: In June of 2019 I bought my CR-V, but knew I really wanted a Passport or Pilot. After watching and waiting for just over a year, I got my Pilot! I love my Pilot!! Thanks to Kyle for putting up with my madness until we found the perfect car. You and the Cawood team are phenomenal! I won't be buying anywhere else!nnHad a great experience buying my CR-V at Cawood! Kyle patiently walked through the whole process with me. Everyone I dealt with was on top of their customer service game! Plus I got a great car!

It was a wonderful selling experience with Cawood Honda. Ted and Tina were so nice to make this whole selling process a seamless experience for me. They are customer focused and provide crystal clear details of what comes next. I had gone to several other dealerships, but Cawood Honda is the best place to go. Fair negotiaion and fast tracked completion of the transaction. Hats off Ted ! I will definitely come back to Cawood Honda for my buying needs in the future.

I posted a vehicle to sell. I was contacted by Ted Barrett, owner general manger, from Cawood Honda on a Saturday evening. He said he was looking for good used vehicles and offered me a very fair price for mine, which I accepted. He offered to pick the vehicle up at my home; but, I choose to deliver it to him at Cawood Honda in Port Huron. I was impressed with the smooth and easy transaction of selling my vehicle to Cawood. I would definitely consider them for any vehicle purchase, trade-ins or if your selling a good used vehicle.
