Let me first say, I don't normally leave reviews but I just have to in regards to the service i received. Brook was my sales guy and he was absolutely amazing. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and was on top of things to get me the car I wanted. Tom also assisted with the deal. Tom went above and beyond to help us get financed with our own credit union in Genessee county. He made phone calls and got the deal done! I could not be happier with my experience at Northgate Ford this past week. If you are looking for a great used car,go see Brook and Tom! They will take great care of you!
