Took an hour and a half for an oil change that I made an appointment for ahead of time. This is typical of St. Clair county businesses unfortunately. I'll be traveling to the next county over for vehicle services from here on. I knew better...

If you are looking for service this is not the place. Was told my breaks were in good shape for a long trip 4000 miles later I’m making to spend $935 getting breaks fixed. Called and talked to the service manager and he said he would look into it. Well that was 5 days ago still nothing. Today I filed a complaint with GM we will see what happensnnUpdate. One week later and still not even a phone call.nnSo much for customer service, guess they only care if the get 5 stars. Not from me
