We started my son back in the summer. He is was 6 at the time, very timid, and not confident. After working with this program, and Coach Spy, mason has come right out of his shell. He loves martial arts, and we even put our youngest daughter in.nnThis program is truly wonderful. It’s more than just kicking, and punching. They learn life skills and lessons they will take with them their entire lives. ❤ufe0f
Top notch, fun instructor giving real world, quality information on how to defend yourself for both kids and adults.
Our son, 6, began martial arts at Cosens Saginaw several weeks ago. The transition to fully participating in the class has been a challenge, but Coach Spy has been incredibly positive and encouraging, and he has been open to creative solutions for our son to be a part of things as he works up to full participation with the whole group. Our son really likes Coach Spy. The kids have fun, learn life skills, how to control their bodies through martial arts, and much more. I would recommend Cosens for any parent who wants to build up their children in confidence and focus.
Excellent for beginners, at very least. Coach knows how to interact with the kids.
