If you take fitness seriously, this is the gym for you. There is enough equipment that even on the busiest day you will be able to get a thorough workout in with very little wait, if any.nnI was beyond impressed by this place. Loud energetic music, unlimited equipment and all of the amenities you could ask for! New favorite!

I only just started working out everyday here a week ago, and my experience has been awesome. The owner & co-owner have my full support. They’ve provided their gym members with a place to CHOOSE if they want to wear a mask or not. I love having a choice. It’s beautiful.nnThings are kept so clean, (cleaner than any gym I’ve seen) and I constantly see people sanitize everything after they use it, and I make sure I do every time.

Best gym in Tri city area. Outstanding quality and variety of equipment for the price. Facility is kept meticulously clean. Machines are rarely out of service, and if they are I've seen the owner make repairs. The environment is fantastic for anyone looking to push themselves to improve. I respect them for staying open despite unnecessary harassment from government authorities. Our physical and mental health MATTERS, thank you Rob and Michelle for sticking up for your members.

It’s nice to attend a gym where an owner understands how imperative health is to the community. This gym is far cleaner than any gym I’ve ever attended. I feel much safer here in a pandemic than I do grocery shopping. You’ll always see the owners spraying down and cleaning equipment. A healthy mind and body can be built here. The owner has never been rude to me or anyone I know, do not let people who don’t workout here convince you to not get a membership!
