Everything is super clean and the staff are amazing. Everyone working out was practicing social distancing and everyone had a mask on. I felt very safe working out in public. I highly recommend this Planet Fitness if you need to get out and work out for a while. There was no big crowd plenty of room everyone the move around workout freely. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. I'll be happy to work out there anytime

Cheap place to work out but they can't switch the payment date nor can they put your account on hold. They don't know how to ask politely to fix your mask. I've watched multiple people get mad about the way they ask. They need to be more respectful.

Its a decent place, what else can I say? Ive definitely have seen worse, I use planet fitness locations through out the US as im a traveler and choose to use planet fitness locations to get my showers, fitness etc while out on the road. Mens locker room bathroom stalls are not alighned right therefore they do not lock, along with the changing stalls near the showers. Water is.... well mostly cold, even tho im a guy i do wish they had hair dryers to dry my hair after ..... well a cold shower. I been to this location a few times in past few months and my experience really hasnt improved much at all. I definitely would consider driving an extra 20 miles down the I-75 to Bay City over going to this location. Employees are ok for the most part considering I rarely ever speak to them.nIf I had to give a rating of 1 to 10 I would say my rating would be a solid 4.

The rules only seem to apply to who they feel like targeting. I was on the treadmill (my mask was covering my nose and my mouth) when the manager decided to tell me to pull it up even higher so I did. The man who was there to work on the building didn't have his mask over his nose and she didn't seem to mind that along with a handful of other people. Then her minnion proceeded to follow me and watch me as I worked out. I then went to tan and was told I could untill said minnion ran over demanding my name and told me since I was 3 hours short of 24 hours I wasn't allowed to tan. So I went tonthe hydro bed and when I went to get up said minnion was lurking behind me once again. Maybe you should pay your manager more so she can seek therapy and stop projecting her insecurities onto people who dont deserve it. For a none judgemental zone seems to be pretty judgemental and ran by insecure people with power issues. Seek help Jen and shay ❤ufe0f
