Serra Chevrolet was amazing to work with. I will especially recommend Herb Waits. His level of customer service, salesmanship, work ethic and professionalism are not seen very often anymore. He truly loves what he does, and goes above and beyond to earn your trust and continued business. Highly recommend. This review was started on my phone, and I don't like typing on that little keyboard.nSo I will add...The Saginaw Serra Service Center deserves these 5 stars!nThey were clear about the cost of service/repair, helped me keep the cost down, and did all of it in a very reasonable time!nI like the guys at the counter, they are friendly and helpful...go there and you will see!nI was surprised that their prices are very competitive, even lower when you include coupons!nKeep it up guys!
After reading reviews of Serra quick lube I was a little skeptical as this was my first time there. I went towards the end of the day. There were several vehicles ahead of me and I waited only 25 minutes. While I was waiting I was greeted and asked if I wanted my doors lubricated. The staff was excellent and proficient. This will be where I get my future oil changes due to the service and competitive prices.

The questions they ask you are very comfortable and never once were pushy or looked down at you in anyway of what price you could afford..nnGive them a try!
Nick Firu at Serra Chevrolet took very great care of me and my family!! I had a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse that gave me nothing but problems since I got it from another dealership in Saginaw and I really was at the end of my rope with it. All I wanted to do was trade it in for something more reliable and dependable for us. I message their company through Car Guru and they message back very quickly and even made an appointment same day. I ran late but Nick waited and I'm so happy that he was so patient with us. I explained all of the issues we were having, all of our doubts and financial concerns. Nick was so willing to work with us and made it happen. I appreciate his honesty and hard work. We were able to drive off same day in a 2018 Dodge Journey!! We were so impressed, we didn't have to look anyway else. Nick is the man you want to help get you right!! Thanks again!!
