My best GM dealership in mid Michigan. I own 3 Cadillacs and no body works on any of them but McDonald's Cadillac service center. My 1996 Cadillac El Dorado was one of Mr. McDonald's show cars. I have to say, I have worked with a lot of dealerships. This by far hands down the best team I have worked with. They were punctual, worked with me and my family while we were there, and went above and beyond on the small details. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Love dealing with McDonald GMC service department. Their staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They make sure you know what's going on with your vehicle and how it will be fixed. They offer loaner vehicles if the repair will take a long time.

My car was running rough at a stop, so yesterday afternoon I called to see if I could get it in because I was already in Saginaw. They told me to come on over. They got me in quickly & told me I needed a tune up as it had never been completed & my car was just over 100,000 miles. They needed to keep it overnight so they gave me a car to drive home. It was a 2021 Cadillac XT5. Very fancy! I was a little nervous about driving it, but that was so nice of them. I picked my car up this afternoon & it is running smoothly again. Very nice people, always positive. My husband even said how nice everyone was there. Oh! And I had received a coupon in the mail from the Midland Cadillac dealer & they honored it! It saved me $40.00. Awesome!!
