I was in the shop on Saturday, January 25, 2020 and saw a Brighton wallet I really liked but I left without purchasing it. I called the shop the following Monday after deciding I wanted to buy it after all. The lady who I spoke with was very polite and happy to take my order over the phone. She even offered to include the free Brighton tote bag even though my purchase was a few dollars short per the promotion. My wallet and tote were shipped free of charge that day and I received them yesterday, just two days later. I live an hour away, so having it sent to me was great. Thank you so much for excellent customer service! I will definitely stop back in whenever I’m in Frankenmuth.

We showed up 10 minutes before closing, and one of the workers swept dirt on us, more than once, and didn't apologize.
Had a “pretty woman” moment at that store... I wasn’t dressed very nice and received no help in the store when looking at pandora items, yet the woman behind me got asked right away if she was interested and didn’t buy anything... yet I bought almost $300 worth of things and never received any help and even the cashiers were talking about lunch items when I was checking out... I believe fish n chips was the topic of conversation... I would have gladly spent a little more if they would have even acknowledged me or said hello.... the place has amazing items... but make sure you look like you have any money before this place helps you spend it
